Happy Memorial Day, friends! As we celebrate this American holiday with family and friends, good food and swimming pools, may we pause to remember those who gave their very lives for our freedoms in this country. May we never take such sacrifice for granted and may we remember our blessings here in the United States of America daily, never failing to thank God for them. I am immensely proud that so many of my family members have served our country – from my father and grandfather to my great uncle and nephew. You all are true heroes. Though we will always have challenges and room for growth and improvement as a nation, we are so very blessed, indeed.
