Timeless fine jewelry that defines elegant simplicity

My dear friend, Paul Hotze, has always been a creative genius.  He is not only one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, he’s also one of the funniest.  His creativity literally knows no bounds – from his time at Second City in Chicago to the video he made announcing his departure for a solo motorcycle trip that he took from Houston down to South America.  (Oh yes, he really did it.  And the resulting stories were priceless.)
Now, Paul has launched a new company with his brother Patrick that features gorgeous goodies – the Paris Texas Apparel Company.  They’ve launched their brand with a collection of beautiful ties with a fun common theme – the great state of Texas.  The ties are subtle in their nod to the unique land that is the Lone Star State (because who really wants to wear a giant Texas flag as a tie?) and the resulting look is just the right mix of fun and sophisticated.  One of my favorites is the “Come and Take It” – I love it!  And each of the ties has a little historical explanation in the description for anyone who has forgotten what they learned in 7th grade Texas History class.  (Yes, for any of you who didn’t grow up in Texas, we did actually take a full year of Texas history.  And there was a LOT to learn, trust me.)
The ties come in an assortment of colors and you’re sure to find something perfect for the man in your life…just in time for Father’s Day!

I began creating as a child with simple jewelry pieces and various art projects. Twenty years ago, I started creating jewelry for myself. It wasn’t long before friends and family began asking me to make pieces for them. Soon after, Andrea Montgomery Designs was officially born. My desire is to make timeless jewelry that makes you feel more beautiful each time you wear it -- which we hope is always! My philosophy is to WEAR THE GOOD STUFF everyday. There’s no such thing as “saving it for a special occasion” -- every day is a gift!
